Translating Reel into Real: The Love Saga of Prachi Tehlan
Former sportsperson and T.V actor Prachi Tehlan engaged into a charming wedlock with Rohit Sahora, a Delhi based businessman. The couple were in a serious relationship since the last 8 years.
The Diya aur Baati Hum star performed her praiseworthy nuptials with tiger conservationist enthusiast, Rohit Sahora in an intimate affair on 7 August 2020 at a farmhouse in Delhi. Within a closely-knit circle, the couple took the ritualized wedding vows following the global COVID-19 pandemic precautions.
To avoid the risk of viral contamination, both the engagement and the wedding were held on the same day during the morning and the evening respectively. Only 50 people were invited for each function and appropriate social distancing measures were adopted.
To add more surprise, there existed an interval of 30 minutes between the arrivals of each guest.
In fact, the entire farmhouse was completely sanitized multiple times prior to the advancement of each function. For instance, the ring ceremony took place within a specific area of the farmhouse while the wedding mandap was dedicated a separate area for installation.

Prachi clubbed her first wedding function, which is the Bhaat with the occasion of Rakshabandhan this year. Bhaat refers to a significant pre-wedding ritual performed by the maternal uncle (mama ji) of the bride and the groom.
In this, maternal uncles from both sides greet their niece and nephew with lavish gifts. From here on, the blissful ceremonies continued till the completion of wedding rituals. Prachi selected a fashionable lavender suit for this ceremony.
On the occasion of her mehendi, the bride was draped in a forest green sharara and looked exceptionally gorgeous. Rohit wore a modish white kurta pajama set and synchronized it with a traditional red headwear.
Next, Prachi bloomed in a sunny yellow attire on her haldi ceremony. She teamed up her wave-layered dress with classic jewellery fabricated with multicoloured precious stones.
During the actual wedding, Prachi wore a scaret red lehenga-choli set, with zardoori embroidery, designed by Sahil Kochar and heavy jewels crafted by Archana Aggarwal. Her elegant makeup warmed the tender hearts of all invitees enjoying live at the wedding.
On this occasion, Rohit paralleled his better-half and opted for a cream sherwani with a sophisticated and finely-polished border.
The ornamental presence of the couple blossomed the entire function while appreciations roped in from all the corners.
Altogether, the entire wedding was a full-on blast and flushed in massive entertainment and excitement for all.
